Professional certification exams

The UNESCO Regional Center for Information and Communication Technology has resumed hosting professional certification exams for teachers and students at its headquarters. These include the Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) certification exam for teachers and the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification exam for school students. This initiative aligns with the center’s role as an authorized provider for these exams, based on the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Education and Microsoft. The agreement aims to enhance technical skills among teachers and students, recognizing their critical importance in improving educational performance, achieving success in the workplace, and advancing schools towards earning the title of Showcase Schools. The center provides a comprehensive training and testing environment, offering detailed guidance from facilitating the registration process to accessing content, taking the necessary steps to complete the exams, and following up on certificate issuance and training hours tracking.
