The Acting Director of the Regional Center for Information and Communication Technology, Dr. May Shamandy, held a remote coordination meeting, as one of the members of the supporting jury, chaired by His Excellency Sheikh Khalid Al Khalifa - Vice President of the Khalid Bin Hamad Competition for Innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Director of Student Affairs at Polytechnic University. The meeting was held to clarify the arbitration mechanisms for the competition, which is organized by the Bahrain Technical College Bahrain Polytechnic “in cooperation with the media office of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Microsoft Corporation,” under the slogan #لنبتكر_للمستقبل (To Innovate for the Future), with the participation of more than 100 teams. The holding of this competition comes within the initiatives of Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad in support of the scientific field.
